| Holiday Party 2008 | |
| On Sunday, December 14, 2008, The Dickens Fellowship of New York (DFNY) gathered for the annual End of Year/ Holidays party. In the spirit of the times (and of Charles Dickens, of course) the celebration paid homage to Christmas, Chanukah and Kwanzaa. The food and drink evoked Victorian times (especially the classic plum pudding) and the excellent entertainment performances (opera, dramatic/comic acting) were befitting of the cultural heritage and vitality of New York City. The customary toast to The Inimitable was offered by President Rose Roberts. God Bless Us Everyone!!! | |
